Registration Questions, Answered
How do I know which registration link to use?
If you are paying by check and mailing it to APS, use the printed form. If you are paying online, use the online registration link. Invited speakers and students presenting a poster should submit through the abstract submission link; students not presenting a poster should register using the online link.
What are the registration and banquet fees?
Registration is $35 for APS members, $45 for non-members, and $25 for retired attendees or high school teachers; students and invited speakers attend free. Banquet fees are $35 for attendees, $15 for students, and $35 for guests. Lunch on site comes with your registration.
Is there a late registration surcharge?
Yes. Beginning November 1st, an extra $10 applies to both registration and banquet fees.
When does early registration end?
Early registration closes on November 1st. Sign up before then to skip the $10 late fee.
Can I attend the banquet if I am a student who is not presenting a poster?
Yes. Students not presenting a poster should register online, then mail in the banquet fee using the printed form from the first registration link if they wish to attend.
